Adelyn Richgels

Hi! My name is Adelyn Richgels and I am a third-year Chemical Engineering major. Interested in exploring what I could do with my major outside of the traditional career paths in industry, I studied abroad with the Cornell Prelaw in Paris program. Here, I was able to foster a passion for how law and the STEM fields intersect, and engage with students from all areas and majors across the United States and the world! I was also able to achieve a true love for Paris, from witnessing the set-up of the 2024 Olympics directly outside my classroom to building relationships with the local patisserie owners I'd pass on my daily walks around the city. Living with a chronic illness, I was initially nervous to study abroad, but I found support from so many areas throughout my time abroad that it made this experience one of the best of my college career!
